Mazen is a highly motivated, quality focused individual with 30 years of experience within hospitality management and food catering industries. He holds a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Arts Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon. He has also recently completed the Food Handler certificate in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Mazen is currently a member of the Arabic Club for Culture and Arts (ACCA) where he provides and supplies food for catered functions within the province of Alberta. He is also a Hospitality Department Trainer, which he received a certificate of from The Educational Institute Of the American Hotel & lodging association. Mazen also worked as a consultant in several restaurants & coffee shops.
